I bought a new headset and when I initially plugged it into my PS4 controller, it wouldn’t connect so I decided to return it. It was never used. Everything was in the box but I was told I couldn’t return it since I had just opened the box, but then one of the staff members, Ethan, came up and we talked about the issue and how weird it was that it didn’t work and he gave me a gift card, so thank you Ethan. I really appreciate it but it’s a silly policy because how am I supposed to know if it works without opening the box?

Worst experience with Geek Squad warranty on phones. They lost my phone, when found sent it back still broken. Told me there was confusion on their end and would have to start over. 2 months to get the phone fixed and still waiting for a store manager to call me.

Ordered some ear buds online for son, he needed(wanted) them soon. They stated they were delivered 3 days ago, nothing showed up. Contacted Best Buy and they offer no assistance, feels like I'm just going to lose my money and Best Buy doesn't care. Strongly advise to not use best buy for delivery purchases, go to the store to find out they don't have what you want.

I had experienced amazing customer service from Ethan today with a return on a TV that was giving me grief. Went through the entire process of helping place an online order to replace the one I was exchanging, even brought to my attention of some price changes for warranty, and even offered their second warranty that covered physical damage, that I wasn't told about initially.All and all, great experience and it didn't feel like it was just another Transaction"."

Currently at Best Buy in Regina. I'm looking for a particular item and it's currently in a lock box so I need an employee to assist me so I can get my item... I've ask 2 employees on 2 separate 10 minute interval wait times to come open the box for me to get my item... They say Okay I'll get someone". I'm currently still waiting after 30 minutes and have been watching employees wander together and just pass me by.... This is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible experience. Will just get my Xmas gift from elsewhere. Thank you for your non-existant service.Upon leaving the store I asked an employee to speak to a manager so I can make a complaint. They wouldn't radio a manager and just stood there looking at me like a deer in the headlights. Felt like I was talking to a wall. Least you guys have walls for me to lean against while I wait for nothing."
